Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Job Purpose

To assist the IT team in providing daily IT support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring that office IT equipment and networks operate properly.

2. Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide basic IT support to employees for computer, printer, email, and software issues.

  2. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

  3. Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.

  4. Set up user accounts, email accounts, and system access as required.

  5. Monitor internet and network connections and report any problems.

  6. Assist with regular data backup and antivirus updates.

  7. Maintain IT equipment records and update the inventory list.

  8. Assist with IT equipment installation, maintenance, and replacement.

  9. Follow IT security policies and procedures.

  10. Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  2. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

  3. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

  4. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

  6. Willingness to learn and support users.

  7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
