  1. Branch တစ်ခု၏ IT ဆိုင်ရာ အခက်အခဲများ နှင့် Computer အသုံးပြုသူ user များ၏ အခက်အခဲများကို အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  2. နည်းပညာ အသစ်များ / IT Device အသစ်များကို လေ့လာ၊စမ်းသပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  3. Hardware ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ IT ပစ္စည်းများ(Computer, Printer, Scanner, etc…)၊ Internet လိုင်းများ၊ CCTV စက်များ၊ Phone lineများအား စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  4. Branch ရှိ Computer အသုံးပြုသူများအား လူကိုယ်တိုင်ဖြစ်စေ ၊ဖုန်းဖြင့်ဖြစ်စေ Supporting ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  5. သတ်မှတ် Timeline အမှီ HODs and Manager ထံသို့ Report တင်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

  1. တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  2. လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (1) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
  3. A+/ Networking သင်တန်း တက်ရောက်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  4. IT Device များအကြောင်း သိရှိနားလည်ပြီး Installing, Maintain and Troubleshooting ပြုလုပ်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  5. ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  6. ကုမ္ပဏီ နှင့်ရေရှည်လက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
