- Bachelor in B.C.Tech, B.C.Sc or related Degree and other qualifications, certificated or diploma in related field.
- Installing and configuring computer Hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers, and Scanners.
- LAN/ WAN design, implementation, and monitor of internal IT systems.
- Monitoring, Troubleshooting and maintaining end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices and hardware products, Wi-Fi & CCTV.
- Troubleshoot VPN connection and remote user's issues.
- Ensure to check servers' logs and backup system working properly.
- Providing technical support across the Company and Retail Shops.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- IT help desk activities for internal customers, to ensure that IT related issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
- Developing and maintaining an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
- Monitoring and providing PC performance statistics and reports.
- Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/ software and outgoing works.
