Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide end user computing support on Windows Operating Systems, mobile / tablet devices (IOS and Andriod), desktop/notebook, Microsoft Office suites applications and enterprises IT applications.
• Provide IT administration & service desk support for internal customer.
• Response to user requests & incidents / problems via IT Service Management system, Incident Management system, phone, email & log them into service desk application according to established procedures.
• Support teleconference, audio/visual infrastructure and services.
• Coordinate and conduct regular attestation reviews as per policies and procedures.
• Participate in projects when required.

Job Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Windows desktop operating system particularly Windows 7/8.1 and Windows 10. Broad understanding of hardware and Microsoft applications such as Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Projects and Visio.
• Experience administering Active Directory domain, Group Policy, Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge in security patching, software installation, desktop/network/system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Technical know-how and experience in IT solutions such as (but not limited to) and at least operated in more than one of the followings:-
  • Experience in managing and support the following applications/systems would be a plus –Mobile Device Management, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager , Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business, Microsoft BitLocker
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), ITIL V3 will be an added advantage.
