Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Install and configure computer hardware systems and applications to meet organizational needs.
  • Configure and maintain the routers, NAS server, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protection PABX, CCTV & ELV devices.
  • Maintain the Dell Server and ensure compliance with IT security polices and escalate security concerns.
  • Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook Configuration, & G-Suite
  • administration and important data backups.
  • Support employees with user account setup, password resets, and access control requests.
  • Support and maintain the errors for the Cargoaim System, Ariba SAP System, Cargo Tracking System & WMS System.
  • Comprehensive technical support, system maintenance, network management and
  • cybersecurity for three branches of FGL (Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia).
  • Oversee IT procurement and approvals, IT inventory maintenance, ensuring cost-effective
  • software & network-related issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holders and other related qualifications will be advantageous.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in IT field
  • Good command of English communication, both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attitude, and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in computer, email, MS Office, and Excel skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
