1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

3.At least 2 years of professional related experience
4.A+ certification or equivalent experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
5.Strong knowledge and experience in networking, including CCNA certification or equivalent.
6.Proven experience in supporting POS systems, printers, and network infrastructure in a retail or F&B environment.
7. Familiarity with MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) is a plus.
8. Good Attitude, Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Maintains a positive ‘can-do’ approach.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
