Assist in developing and maintaining IT governance policies, processes, and guidelines in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Support IT audits, risk management, and compliance activities.
Track and report progress on IT governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Help manage ITSM tools and processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Collaborate with teams to implement governance policies and initiatives across the organization.
Monitor and assist in issuing vulnerability advisories and tracking remediation efforts.
Support the development and delivery of security awareness and business continuity training.
Prepare documentation and reports for audits and regulatory reviews.
Stay updated on IT governance trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
IT governance and ITSM certifications are desirable.
1-2 years in IT governance, risk management, or IT service management roles.
Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, ITIL) and ITSM tools.
Basic understanding of IT governance, risk management, and ITSM practices.
Familiar with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Ability to assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT governance policies and procedures.
Experience with ITIL processes, service management, and process improvement.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical skills to support governance analysis and reporting.
