Job Description

    • Develop and support comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and standards
    • Create user guides, manuals, technical documentation, and SOPs
    • Ensure adherence to security and privacy requirements
    • Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
    • Prioritize security measures (firewalls, encryption, etc.)
    • Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers
    • Ensure adherence to security and privacy standards
    • Support digital transformation processes
    • Conduct regular training sessions and awareness campaigns
    • Educate employees about cybersecurity risks and best practices
    • Support and oversee pc laptop devices maintenance and troubleshooting.
    •  CCTV other related items technical issue and supporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in information security and privacy CCNA, CCNP CompTIA A+, Network+, CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security management, with a focus on data privacy and regulatory compliance.
  • Deep understanding of data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA).
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of security domains, including network security, endpoint security, cryptography, and security operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing security teams.
  • Experience with security risk management methodologies, threat modeling techniques, and vulnerability management processes.
