• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
• Coordinate with the resource management team to allocate necessary resources for project activities.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Engage and manage relationships with project stakeholders, addressing their concerns and managing expectations.
• Monitor project expenses and track adherence to the allocated budget.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Detailed report to project manager and CEO.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
