• Strong Leadership: Setting project goals, devising plans to achieve them, and managing teamwork to produce higher output.
• Project Management: Maintaining project timeframes and status reports, coordinating project team members, developing schedules, and assigning individual responsibilities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, reporting to general managers and CEOs. Preparing weekly reports and KPIs for each technology project.
• Technology Oriented: Having an understanding of technology products and familiarity with programming languages and job scopes such as React, Java, Flutter, UI/UX Design, etc.
• Strategy: Implementing IT strategies to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and continuously improving technology product performance over time.

• Graduated (Must have IT Education Background)
• At least 5 years of experience in the technology product domain
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Digital Analytics, Google Analytics, Website Tracking Metrics, etc
