The position of IT Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems. Candidate must possess knowledge of contemporary hardware equipment and IT-related duties maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting IT-related problems.
  • Examine the customer’s computer systems to validate correct operations and identify errors.
  • Attempt to replicate reported technical problems and look for solutions.
  • Ensure all software and hardware is up-to-date and install updates as required.
  • Verify and submit the warranty claims whenever required.
  • Assist seniors or specialists to resolve any critical issues.
  • Provide complete maintenance reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimal Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology and equivalent preferred

  • Proven experience as Computer Service Engineer or similar role

  • Experience with basic LAN network and basis HW knowledge 
  • Relevant certification and ComTIA A+ will be an advantage
  • Good troubleshooting skills
