Monitor network connectivity, servers, systems, and service availability using designated monitoring tools.

Identify and respond to system alerts, network interruptions, performance issues, and other technical incidents.

Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.

Record, update, and track incidents in the designated ticketing or reporting system.

Coordinate with infrastructure, network, software, and IT operations teams to support timely incident resolution.

Conduct routine system health checks and follow established monitoring procedures.

Maintain accurate shift handover notes, incident logs, and operational reports.

Follow operational procedures and security requirements to support stable and reliable service delivery.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Networking, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Relevant hands-on experience in IT support, network support, NOC operations, system administration, or technical troubleshooting is required.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, and network connectivity.

Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

Experience using monitoring tools, troubleshooting network issues, or handling technical support tickets is an advantage.

Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced technical environment.

Must be willing and available to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the operational schedule.
