  • Achieve after-sales service while following company standards and professional ethics - Perform services, maintenance, installation, training, and commissioning jobs for the Customer.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with ultrasound equipment, including electronic, mechanical, and software-related problems according to manufacturer guidelines - Complete Service / Installation / Customer Complaints as Scheduled by Service Manager.
  • Prepare and provide the Job Order form, checklist and other service-related documents.
  • Keep detailed service records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  • Keep your records/reports up to date.
  • Report to Service Manager
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree related to Engineering (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Experience in Electronics, Electrical field is a plus
  • Able to travel independently 
  • Strong interpersonal communication and self-learning skills - Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
