Job Brief

We are looking for a Assistant IT Manager to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing technology infrastructure. You will be part of a IT team that is responsible for designing and

developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and self managed to execute new or upgrade established project.

• Report back to the Manager

• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls,load balancers, VPN, QoS)

• Perform network and system maintenance and configurations

• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning

• Provide End-User support and troubleshooting to resolve issues

• Work within established configuration or new setup, upgrade system and management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to infrastructures

• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

• At least 5 years proven hand-on IT network and system administration experience.
• Solid experience of various devices such Cisco Mikrotik Unifi Fortigate and Servers
• Solid Understanding of Public WiFi system configuration.
• Must experience Virtualization Such AS ESXI, Proxmox and Linux Containers
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, diagnostic and analytics tools such as cacti, PRTG,Zabbix, Nagios
• Understanding ELV systems such as Access Control, Automation, CCTV preferred
