Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, CCTV, and printers
  • Monitoring and maintaining computers, printers, TrendMicro, Fortigate, and CCTV systems
  • Raising ticket in ITSM system, support until ticket resolved by following Cooperates’ guidelines
  • Raising PR and technical support in the D365 system
  • Following daily checklists for CCTV and computer systems according to ISO standard
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Repairing and replacing requirements as necessary
  • Testing new technology

Job Requirements

  • Graduate in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar field.
  • Minimum (1-2) years’ experience in IT Assistant role.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Data organization and Good communication skill in English.
  • Familiar with the basics of MS Office.
  • More preferred who lives near job location area
