Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Warmly welcome visiting customers and assist them in selecting and purchasing jewelry with patience.
Build positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries politely.
Ensure all jewelry displays are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
Handle cash/payment processing, issue receipts, and safely pack purchased items.
Issue receipts, Lab certificates, and handle custom order documentation.
Participate in filming and creating photos or videos of jewelry for the store's Facebook Page, Tiktok, and other social media channels.
Plan, record, and edit short-form videos (Tiktok, Facebook Reels) showcasing new arrivals, styling ideas, and behind-the-scenes content.
Ensure adherence to all other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Basic knowledge of gold purify, gemstones, diamonds and custom jewelry design is preferred.
Experience in Live Stream selling, online customer service, or social media sales. (Experience in Jewellery retail is highly preferred)
High confidence in front of the camera with clear speech and an energentic personality.
Proficient in using Facebook Page Manager/ Suite, Tiktok and mobile video editing apps.
High level of honesty, intergrity, and strong sense of responsibility.
Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude.
Excellence interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Hard-working, honest and a helpful team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
