Jr HR Executive (Male/ Female)(1) Posts Responsibilities :-Employee payroll activities accurately and on time and attendance management.(handling in payroll Calculation (Overtime,Incentive,SSB , Income Tax etc).-Handling to prepare payslip and distribute salaries to all employee with bank.-Manage and record employees’ leave, staff loans and insurance related benefits.-Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.) -Support to Manager for HR Function that HR Strategy and Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relation. -Handle correspondence, filing, and other general administrative tasks.-Coordinate and liaise with related government offices (labour office, SSB office, tax office, etc) and handle related payments to those offices.-Assisting and supporting in developing and implementing of HR governance policies and procedures-Coordinating with Head of HR, department heads and organization’s leaders regarding HR planning, employee sourcing and timeline of the recruitments.-To serve in Puzundaung Township

Job Requirements
Requirements - Any Graduated- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources- Understanding of Labor Laws- Minimum 3 years experience in HR Field - Age Between 25 to 30 Knowledge of relevant computer studies (Ms. Word, Excel & Power Point)- Ability to thrive effectively under pressure.- Language knowledge (English: 4 skills)
