An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
  • Assist in calculating the salary, SSB and taxes
  • Assist in applying SSB cards, payment process and employee benefit claim
  • Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions and nontaxable wages
  • Keep all related payroll files and other Office documents up to date
  • Prepare payslips and Employment Contracts
  • Laise with government offices and handle other tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree, preferred with Labor Relations or Human Resources Management
  • Fresher are welcomed
  • Must be good at multi-tasking, flexible and good team player

  • Proven computer literacy in Microsoft Office, data analysis & database skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong communication and people skills
