We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation Job fair Mandalay on 15-November-2026 at Mingalar Mandalay Hotel.

  • Maintain sales records, cash books, and petty cash reports.

  • Import, export, and verify sales data using Excel and accounting software.

  • Check customer refunds, invoices, cash sales, and bank transfer forms.

  • Record purchase transactions, shortages, and prepaid expenses.

  • Verify stock balances and stock adjustments across all shops.

  • Review stocktaking results and confirm discrepancies with shop managers.

  • Resolve software errors and maintain data backups.

  • Set up new company records in the software annually.

  • Review transactions processed by Junior Accountants and Account Clerks.

  • Any Graduate with LCCI Level 3 Diploma
  • Accounting Software
  • SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES
  • At least (3) year experience in related field
