  • Record daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and journal entries.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and cash records.
  • Verify invoices and supporting documents.
  • Update accounting records and filing systems.
  • Support inventory and stock reconciliation activities.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments on accounting matters.
  • Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Senior Accountant or Chief Accountant.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
