Prepare and monitor customer collection schedules.
• Perform AR offset and payment reconciliation in the system.
• Ensure received payments match AR settlements and records.
• Obtain AR confirmations and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR Aging Reports and follow on overdue accounts with relevant team.
