Supervise and manage production staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. Enforce adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the entire production cycle, from raw material handling to the final product. Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods and packaging materials to ensure they comply with quality standards, packaging integrity, and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed production records and documentation, including batch details, production timelines, and quality control data, to ensure traceability, accountability, and compliance. Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards at every stage of the production process, ensuring the facility remains clean and compliant with industry safety and health regulations. Leverage knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and laboratory processes to enhance production quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Deliver end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage virtual machines and firewall systems for secure operations. Configure and maintain MikroTik and Ubiquiti access points. Understanding of networking technologies (wired and wireless) Administer Office 365 services and user accounts. Support and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environments. Implement and monitor networking technologies to ensure reliability and security. Provide regular IT training to users. Administer IT asset inventories, ensuring records are kept fully up to date Produce and maintain technical documentation and articles for the knowledge base Participate in all IT-related procurement
Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including CV sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and internal channels Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts Manage onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation and document collection HR Administration & Employee Records Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files (hardcopy and softcopy) Monitor and update attendance, leave, and overtime records Update HR databases and HR systems regularly. Payroll & Benefits Support Prepare and verify attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll processing Support payroll administration, allowances, deductions, and benefits coordination Handle SSB registration, monthly contributions, and resignation-related SSB processes Policy Compliance & Labour Law Ensure employees comply with company HR policies, rules, and regulations Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with Myanmar Labour Law and SSB regulations Support disciplinary procedures with proper documentation Employee Relations Respond to employee inquiries and handle basic employee relations issues Support staff engagement activities and internal HR initiatives Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, and clearance procedures Reporting & Other Duties Prepare HR reports such as headcount, recruitment status, and turnover reports Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager
