Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Handle daily income transactions, receipts, credit vouchers, and sales invoices
  • Record and monitor daily cash and bank transactions for SDM, IKLM, and GKLM
  • Maintain and update customer deposits, payment records, receipt numbers, and related reports
  • Handle customer payments and cash collections for vehicle sales
  • Count and verify cash in the safe box daily and manage cash expense payments
  • Prepare daily income and cash statements
  • Check and maintain COA, IC, VIN, and related sales documents
  • Handle sales reclassification, journal vouchers, rent received in advance, and customer deposits
  • Prepare credit vouchers for bank interest income and record journal entries for HP car payments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable, customer payments, invoices, receipts, and credit notes
  • Experience in recording and checking customer payments and maintaining AR records
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Good communication and coordination skills
