➢ Perform data entry for sales, cash and stock transactions accurately and timely
➢ Collect and file accounting documents in an organized and systematic manner.
➢ Keep and maintain all original entry documents (vouchers, etc.) and financial documents.
➢ Check and verify cash transactions
➢ Issuing payment and receipt vouchers, preparing cheques and remitting bank transfer
➢ Process cash deposit, transfer, cash withdrawl, cheque clearance, Payment Order (PO) and Bank Guarantee at Bank.
➢ Ensure the efficient management of company’s bank accounts
➢ Prepare simple invoices and payment vouchers
➢ Preparing daily cash in and out Reports
➢ Assist in the preparation of financial reports
➢ Assist Senior accountants and Chief Accountant as required

❖ Any Graduate with LCCI Level 2 (UK)
❖ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
❖ Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting fields with at least 1 year in Junior Accountant position.
❖ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
❖ Must be able to work long-term in a job.
❖ Excellent negotiation, good communication skills, interpersonal skills
❖ Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
❖ Must be able to support Senior Accountant and Chief Accountant.
❖ Must be able to go trip for work sometimes if necessary
