Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare the bank documents for fund management and go to bank
  • Collect documents and update passbooks at the bank regarding the Current, Savings A/C, Call Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Foreign Currency Account and Wallet of the company.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation
  • Calculate and record monthly bank interest (Savings, Call Deposit)
  • Prepare debit and credit vouchers for daily bank transactions (Fixed Deposit, Internal Fund Transfer, Bank charges, etc.)
  • Submit fund transfer approvals to Finance & Accounts Division Head
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations
  • Handle cash in hand, including daily receipts & payments
  • Prepare and reconcile Cash book and General Ledger

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (B.Com preferred)
  • LCCI Level III must be completed (ACCA or CPA in progress is highly preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting in a similar role
  • Able to use the accounting software
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet & Email
  • Ability to communicate in English.
