• Support Planning & Scheduling, Lean Projects, Analysis & Monitoring, and Procurement Support functions.• Assist in developing and monitoring production plans aligned with sales forecasts, inventory, and capacity.• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, waste reduction).• Contribute to data analysis, KPI monitoring, and reporting for management decision-making.• Workwith cross-functional teams (Processing, Filling, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.• Support procurement activities including material requirement forecasts, supplier sourcing, and budget tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).• Strong command of English (written & spoken) with good report-writing skills.• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
