  •  အဆောက်အအုံအတွင်းရှိ Electrical System (လျှပ်စစ်စနစ်) များကို ပုံမှန်စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် ပြုပြင်ခြင်း။
  • Generator (မီးစက်)၊ Transformer နှင့် Control Panel များကို ကိုင်တွယ် မောင်းနှင်နိုင်ခြင်း။
  • Air-con, Plumbing (ရေပိုက်စနစ်) နှင့် Fire Fighting System များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • Breakdown ဖြစ်ပါက အမြန်ဆုံး ပြုပြင်နိုင်ခြင်းနှင့် Preventive Maintenance (ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ရေး ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု) ဇယားအတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

  • THS/ITC/ တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ(သို့မဟုတ်) တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းဖြေဆိုဖူးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။(လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါက ပညာ အရည်အချင်း လျော့ပေါ့ စဉ်းစားပေးမည်)
  • အသက် ၂၀ နှစ်မှ ၃၀ နှစ်ကြားဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံ ၂ နှစ်နှင့်အထက်။
