Flymya’s is one of Myanmar’s leading online travel agency. In order to stay on top, Flymya needs to produce high-quality content to attract customers and inspire travellers.

We are looking for a creative individual that helps us to just do that.In your role as a Content Writer, you will be given the opportunity to support the Marketing team in producing high-quality content for social media posts to engage with our audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct original research on various topics related to our products, services, and industry trends and write engaging content based on the findings

• Create maximum 42 pieces of content and 1 article every week for different social media platforms and ensure they are relevant, informative and appealing

• Work closely with the marketing team, designers and developers to coordinate content creation and ensure consistency with the brand voice, style and tone

• Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar and readability before publishing

• Manage and update the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met

• Monitor and analyze content performance and metrics and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a content writer

• Proficient in English and Burmese

• Familiar with social media platforms, instant messaging apps and blogs

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and creative writing skills

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Able to give and receive constructive criticism

• Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design

• Self-driven, good organization skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects

• Based in Yangon

• Applications should include past content written for a marketing campaign
