  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts (text, images, and videos) on company pages to maintain consistent online presence.

  • Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries; respond promptly and professionally to build customer trust.

  • Track page activity, remove inappropriate content, and ensure the page complies with company guidelines and policies.

  • Monitor insights such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and provide regular performance reports to management.

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and announcements through page updates and boosted posts.

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team, designers, and management to ensure consistent branding and message delivery.
  • Taking marketing video if necessary

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 years’ experience in related field.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and basic knowledge of digital tools.

  • Ability to create attractive posts, captions, and content ideas that engage audiences.

  • Strong written in English and Burmese.

  • Ability to schedule posts, respond to messages quickly, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Willingness to coordinate with marketing, design, and customer service teams.

  • Ability to handle negative comments or customer concerns professionally.

  • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or simple editing tools is an advantage.
