Maintenance Enginner - 2 - Pyinmain 1 & SEZ 1 

• Develop a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule that encompasses all manufacturing equipments.
• Promptly address equipment malfunctions, accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and execute efficient corrective measures to minimize operational disruptions.
• Proficiently diagnose and resolve a comprehensive spectrum of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions. 
• Coordinate daily maintenance tasks, assign work orders, and ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed.
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory, ensuring critical components are available to prevent production delays. 
• Generate regular reports on maintenance, equipment performance, and resource utilization for management and maintenance related stocks controlling.
• Other maintenance related tasks assigned by Line Manager

Junior Engineer/ or Service Technician - 8 posts

• Regularly maintain elevators and escalators to guarantee optimal performance and adherence to safety regulations.
• Identify and rectify electrical, mechanical, and electronic malfunctions in diverse elevator and escalator systems.
• Proactively respond to service requests and equipment malfunctions, facilitating swift resolution to minimize disruptions for building occupants.
• Provide technical support to field service technicians and sales teams, assisting in the diagnosis and resolution of intricate technical problems associated with our products.
• Any engineering related tasks assigned by line manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Relevant internship experience or up to two years of professional experience in a related field is preferred.
• A comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, encompassing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to comprehend and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
