  • Collect daily work orders from NOC
  • Checking for SA alarms and other under alarms
  • Inform to ground teams and dispatched
  • Follow up for alarm clear status
  • Collect alarm clear time RCA
  • Need to report internal and customer
  • MPT JO wireless domain alarm reports (Daily)
  • CA impact BTS hardware alarm report to third party team
  • Daily work orders collect update report to SE
  • Weekly hardware alarms (BTS, TX, Power) to MOC.
  • Monthly work orders collect report to SE
  • Wireless SA impact RRU down report to SE (Monthly)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering - EC
  • Preferable (1) Year work experience in related field 
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in email, Internet and Microsoft office
