Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Work closely with team members (developers, project lead, and project managers) to support testing and delivery of high-quality software products
Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and changelogs
Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications under supervision
Identify, document, and report bugs clearly with proper steps to reproduce
Perform functional and regression testing for app and web features
Support API testing and verify basic data accuracy and system behavior
Assist in tracking and retesting defects until closure
Document test execution results and maintain testing records
Support cross-functional teams throughout SDLC/STLC processes
Participate in requirement reviews and gain understanding of system workflows (loan lifecycle, repayment, charges, etc.)
Learn QA tools, testing methodologies, and fintech domain processes
Communicate issues and progress clearly to senior QA team members.
Support UAT and release validation activities when required

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
Basic knowledge or strong interest in Software Quality Assurance and testing methodologies.
Process at least 1–2 years of experience in software testing.
Basic understanding of web and mobile application testing (UI/UX, APIs, and data validation) is an advantage.
Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong willingness to learn fintech/microfinance systems and workflows.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under supervision in an agile team environment.
Committed, responsible, and a good team player.
Able to follow instructions and work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good to have experience in Myanmar typing.
