Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Provide product demonstration, installation, training and after-sales service
  • Gather inquiries feedback from customers and report daily to the service manager
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain the office documentation, technical documentation and service logs on installaton of software, configuration of hardware, database and troble shooting
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Responsible for procurement of the IT hardware and software (including PCs, periherals, servers, networking equipment, operation systems, and other software by preparing & processing necessary documentation for installation
  • Coordinate with the application specialist and service engineers for accomplishing various tasks
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager are needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in technical engineering
  • Any bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering - AGTI, B.Tech, B.E (EP and EC)
  • Able to travel independently
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking, able to work independently and as well as collaborate with a team
  • Positive attitude, respect commitment, open-minded and eager to learn
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Fresh graduates can also apply
