Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective delivery and engagement.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify learning needs through collaboration with stakeholders, surveys, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate training materials, modules, manuals, and multimedia content.
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS): Manage and administer learning platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Evaluation & Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and metrics to continuously improve offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, HR, and department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational objectives.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of learning trends, methodologies, and technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into training programs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree or certification in Learning & Development is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or a related role. Experience with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems is highly beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for creating training materials and effectively delivering content.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess training needs, analyze data, and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the organization and learners.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
