Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Assist in preparation of lease agreements and other necessary company documents.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents and keep them updated at all time.
• Good knowledge in government taxation related to leasing properties.
• Maintain accurate financial records and run reports prior to weekly/monthly meetings and upon request
• Coordinate office activities and operation to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of the office and its equipment such as printers, computer, vehicles, etc.
• Monitor the office budget, track stocks of office supplies and marketing collaterals, keep maintain the inventory and place orders when necessity

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree Preferred
• Language: English 4 skills, Burmese
• Working: at least computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel-Advance, Outlook and PowerPoint), Communication and Coordination, Basic Customer Service Background
• Other qualification: Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy, Must be flexible to work on weekends or overtime if needed, Driving Certificate preferred.
