A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

▪ Proactively identify prospective corporate tenants, conduct high-impact site tours, and lead negotiations to close new lease deals.
▪Act as the primary face of the building, managing "Gold Standard" relationships and handling all tenant inquiries with excellence.
▪Coordinate the entire process from lease offers and contracts to smooth move-in/out protocols.
▪Prepare periodic reports and documentation to track leasing success and tenant satisfaction.
▪Collaborate with internal teams like M&E, Legal, and Finance to ensure world-class operations.

Job Requirements

▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Management/English or an equivalent field.
▪Fluent English skills are essential for communicating with our international corporate base.
▪A solid understanding of leasing cycles and TRM principles is a plus.
▪A professional presence, a "can-do" attitude, and sharp problem-solving skills.
