•     Monitor legal risks in real estate documentation and provide expert advice to clients.
•     Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations related to real estate transactions.
•     Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.
•     Communicate legal requirements to clients for seamless real estate transactions.
•     Represent the company in property purchases, sales, and other legal matters.
•     Provide legal support for a large-scale real estate portfolio.
•     Ensure all property documentation complies with property laws and regulations.

•     Bachelor’s degree in Law (essential).
•     Strong knowledge of real estate law, including litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase/sale transactions.
•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Must hold a valid license to practice law.
•    Analytical thinker with excellent research, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
