Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Hire Purchase Loan operations to achieve business objectives and targets.
• Lead and motivate the Sales Team to improve performance and ensure the achievement of assigned targets.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers and business partners.
• Review and assess loan applications and approve them in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and oversee loan quality, risk management, and collection activities.
• Prepare and submit business and operational reports to management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Hire Purchase, Consumer Finance, or Banking & Finance, with management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work effectively under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
