Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Assist customers in selecting gemstones and jewelry products and provide professional recommendations. 
Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records. 
Handle POS transactions, cash, bank transfers, card payments, and daily sales settlement. 
Prepare end-of-day sales reports and perform cash reconciliation. 
Maintain and organize gemstone certificates, invoices, receipts, and other business documents. 
Handle daily petty cash and maintain accurate expense records. 
Assist with inventory management, stock control, and product displays. 
Receive and process custom jewelry orders and coordinate with goldsmiths regarding production, repairs, and custom designs. 
Follow up on order progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure timely delivery. 
Assist with social media inquiries and online sales when required. 
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all records and transactions.

Job Requirements

Age between 25 and 35 years old. 
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree holder or higher qualification. 
Previous experience in retail sales, jewelry, gemstones, luxury goods, or customer service is preferred. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Honest, responsible, trustworthy, and customer-oriented. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and social media platforms. 
Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately. 
High level of integrity , accountability and attention to details.  
Good command of English is an advantage. 
Knowledge of gemstones and jewelry is preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates. 
Employment Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
