Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

To do shipment entry checking with packing list whenever shipment has arrived and report to management about the feedback – difference or not
To do ground stocks checking to retail shops & warehouse
To prepare weekly deliver order to retail shops as per the request order list from counter
To maintain the stocks of the warehouse with good conditions and not to have the damage and unnecessary waste and to organize the current stocks level to be the healthy level of stocks together with brand managers (First In First out System)
To report to management with mail if there is any damage and shortage of stocks and near expiry items monthly
To give report of monthly stocks nationwide to Management
To issue the requested stocks for Promotion /Events / Road Show /Special Occasion
To issue FOC products as per the request of management for gift purpose
To issue monthly promotion GWP as per the seasonal promotion activities
Other duties as assigned if necessary

Job Requirements

Any Graduate Plus Related Accounting Certificate
Age between 25 to 35 years
At least 1 or 2 years experiences in related field.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good understanding of Stock check point of view.
Excellent communication Skills, Team work Skills, Problem solving and organizational skills.
Positive working attitude and keen to work to meet dead line.
