Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in planning and coordinating transportation, delivery schedules, and distribution of goods
  • Support in preparing and checking documents, invoices, and delivery orders
  • Monitor inventory movement and update logistic records in Excel
  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse staff, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in managing inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Diploma or Certificate in a related field is preferred)
  • 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain (agriculture or FMCG industry is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
