Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Plan Warehouse (Distribution Centre)  for efficiency in both operations and capacity 
  • Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
  • Maintains quality throughout the Operations process ( Daily toolbox meeting with Warehouse Team Member , Weekly Meeting with Customer (if required))
  • Always must follow and remind warehouse members to do safely while working
  • Handling and monitoring of NCR (non-conformity record) claims to vendors & customer  for defectives, shortage, missing parts (incoming and delivery)
  • Documentation and delivery time follow up related to Warehouse & Logistics activities
  • Establish and maintain collaborating relationships with customers and Vendors
  • Monitor the Inventory accuracy and report status, All Customer of inventory stock need to do Daily Cycle Count /Weekly Cycle Count / monthly stock count activities with report to management & customer   Schedule Inbound and outbound orders
  • Daily monitoring of Actual space utilization in warehouse ( matching with report  and on ground ) and report to management & CS
  • Assign Warehouse Pickers to clean and tidy up indoor Warehouse and outdoor ,loading bay Area  as daily basics
  • Will have initiatives in operation process or other development which related with job

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with appropriate professional experience (related field is preferred)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (English is a must)
  • Knowledge of logistics systems
  • Understanding of warehouse limitations and regulations issues
  • Ability to contribute individually to greater goal with Planning skills
  • Experience working in logistics preferred
