  1. Overall Responsibility
  • Assist Logistics Manager with warehouse and trucking operations, assign the tasks and training of new employees.
  • Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Conduct physical inventory count, compare result to computerized inventory, and report any differences to the Logistics Manager.
  • Ensure that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
  • Transfer inventory to trucks for delivery in timely manner and according to schedule.
  • Plan, organize and supervise day-to-day warehouse operation
  • Check and ensure all of inbound and outbound items with code, shade, size and quantity as per packing list and order list.
  • Maintain items record (include taking photo for all defected items), document necessary information and submit report to Logistics Manager.
  • Supervise the warehouse to operate effectively and efficiently, and ensure cleanliness of the building and premises.
  • Check proper and routine maintenance and service of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Schedule the delivery ways plan and supervise for all delivery operation.
  • Estimate the weight (kg) of the products, arrange for the trucks and manpower.
  • Check delivery location and dealing with sales coordinator, sales personnel or customers related to delivery operation.
  • Ensure all delivery schedules are met on time.
  • Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to laws, regulations, guidelines, SOP and health and safety requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as required

  1. Experience & Educational Requirements
  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum two-years of experience working in warehouse operations and working knowledge of logistics.
