Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Must be able to check the quality control of the hotel and whether the power lines are working properly.
  • To report advice on project and situations.
  • To check all electrical operations and maintenances of Hotel.
  • To check the quality of the finished power lines if necessary.
  • Review M & E Design Drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and Client provisions.
  • Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.

Job Requirements

  • B.E(Electrical or Mechanical).
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Internet,Email(Must - have)
  • Able to travel if business need.
  • Experienced in Building M&E System
  • Minimum (2 or 3 years) experiences in M & E Field
  • Fluent in Chinese.
  • Able to coordinate with site team.
