- Have site experience on installation of Eectrical and Plumbing & Sanitary
- Have a well understanding on MEP Drawings and Materials
- Experienced in schedule preparing and work plan monitoring.
- Materials arrangement and usage shall be controlled.
- Attends to contract administration matters, maintains proper documentation and able to do project reports
- Record ,Report & Follow up with Manager such as Progress Photos, Work Done Percentage, Daily material usage, etc
- Review & Follow Up For Submission RFA , RFI
- Able to supervise and provide instruction to labours and contractors at site as required
