Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Coordinate with design team and conduct supervising to contractor “as per Drawing”
Prepare material requisition “as per Drawing”, perform buying and receiving as necessary
Provide costing for finished jobs or projects from site to client
To do manpower arrangement for site works and supervise for sub-contractor
Operate in testing and commissioning for Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary System
Prepare all required status and documentation records
Track and verify that all completed work complies and daily report to PE
Ensure work progress meets
Liaise with client on site for required jobs or projects
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

BE ( EP/MP ) or AGTI ( EP/MP )
Min. 3 - 4 years of relevant working experiences in M&E works
Good communication and supervisory skills
More preferably experiences in Villa/Housing Project
Preferred Electrical based experience with Mechanical knowledge
Essential experience in MS Office suite of software, Auto CAD experience is advantageous
