  • Team Management: Supervise maintenance technicians and staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
  • Workflow Coordination: Coordinate maintenance activities, schedules, and priorities to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.
  • Equipment Inspection: Oversee regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues and ensure proper functioning.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist maintenance personnel in diagnosing equipment problems and developing solutions to address them promptly.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to maintenance staff to enhance skills, knowledge, and safety awareness.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for maintenance tasks.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory status for management review. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures and records for reference and compliance purposes.

Job Requirements

  • Degree of B.E electrical power
  • minimum 3 years Experience working as an electrical engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership skill with excellent communication skill
  • Knowledge on control systems
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and computer literacy will be an added advantage
