  • Maintenance Team Management – Supervise the team, ensure timely daily activities, and provide training and performance reviews.   
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – Implement preventive plans, handle breakdowns quickly, and manage spare parts effectively.
  • Cross-Department Coordination – Work with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to reduce downtime and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.
  • Strong in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts management.
  • Good teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Age: Under 35 years

  • Must be able to work overtime depending on business needs

  • Applicants residing in Hlaing Thar Yar, Insein, Tamwe, and Hlaing areas will be given preference
