Job Purpose

To plan, execute, and monitor network implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility

• Coordinate with Tower Cos for site acquisition, civil works, tower and power readiness.
• Track project milestones, ensuring daily updates to internal systems.
• Manage vendor deliverables and address project-related issues.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams, Tower Cos, and equipment vendors.
• Follow up colo application with tower co in timely manner.
• Facilitate new rollout , expansion and operational activities ( relocation , dismantling )
• Conduct regular review meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and align expectations.
• Resolving issue with tower co and equipment supplier.
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs, ensuring vendors meet performance and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to delays, cost overruns, or technical failures.
• Generate detailed reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Update project management tracker and share to internal stakeholder by daily basic.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Project management certifications preferred.

Experience

• 4–6 years in telecom project management.
• Hands-on experience with site acquisitions and network implementation.
