• Ensure to manage and control the quantity and quality of project
• Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
• Supervise works as requested to conform with construction quality and progress
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Survey the completed work volume performed by sub-contractors
• Supervises the work of subordinates including contractors and daily workers by guiding them whenever necessary
• To design and calculate and produce mechanical related drawing and work
• To review, check, analyze and finally decide all relevant mechanical engineering drawing, document and calculation work
• To be responsible for interface management with other activities, i.e. civil and electrical work
• To attend a site work inspection and a progress check/expedition
• To estimate material, labour, or construction costs for budget preparation
• Strong in site coordination & inspection work
• Responsible to handle the on site

Educational Qualifications required:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Bachelor Graduate in related field
• Degree level in Machenical & Electrical Engineering or related subject

Experiences, Skills and Knowledge required:

• 15-20 years of relevant work experiences in similar role
• Strong organizational, analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Possessing skills in Leadership, team building, communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation and organizing
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
• Willing to work overtime with high pressure
• Required to relocate
